Put some sass in your summer!  Learn how to keep your grill sizzling with a Shiraz and BBQ Pairing Class from the wine experts at Era of Elegance.  Spicy or smoky, Shiraz has a special kick that ignites even the most common of foods.  Turn up the heat on some of the city’s best BBQ as we explore this legendary wine.

Our 1.5 hour class matches Shiraz from all over the world with contemporary American favorites.  In addition to teaching wine tasting etiquette, you will also learn what to look for when selecting a Shiraz to compliment a variety of sauces, spices, and marinades.  Our wine expert will answer your wine questions and provide you with recipes, suggestions, and tips on how you can best savor the flavor of the season.

Join Era of Elegance for the first in a series of workshops pairing uniquely elegant wines with exciting cuisine from around the block...and around the world!  We welcome everyone, from the wine novice to the experienced connoisseur.  Our classes are designed so that you can sign up for just one or follow the entire series.
