Join Assistant Food & Beverage Director Harold Garland and Bar Manager Aaron Defeo as they guide you through a tasting of several classic wine varietals. An emphasis will be placed on identifying the various components in the wines. The wines will be tasted side by side with the individual components to help tune your palatte. Think that pinot noir has a hint of red cherries? Compare it with the the fresh cherries in the bowl in front of you. Educational materials will be provided. All levels of wine enthusiasts are welcome. Due to the structure of the class we must insist on prompt attendance. Doors will be closed at 6:15.
