Vive la revolution! Chez Papa Resto is serving a four-course $60.00 prix fixe dinner menu from 5:30 to 10:30 p.m. on Bastille Day, Tuesday July 14. There will also be decorations in the spirit of the occasion and live music on the patio.
Entrée choices on the prix fix menu will be Slow Poached Halibut with melted leeks, haricots verts and a black truffle emulsion; Liberty Farms Duck Confit with parsnip puree, Swiss chard, Rhubarb and a sherry sauce; Grilled Lamb Chops with Bintje potatoes, zucchini farci, ratatouille and a mustard jus; or Grilled Arctic Char with spring garlic, oyster mushrooms, spinach and a sorrel emulsion.
