Americans are becoming much more wine savvy. Taste about 10 of the lighter white wines now more readily available in the States like Viognier; Pinot Gris and Pinot Grigio; Vouvray; Semillion; Sauvignon Blanc; Vinho Verde; "New World" Riesling and "Uncorked" Chardonnay. Handouts. Bottled Water (1 per person). Coffee. Cold Buffet of meats/cheeses/fruits/veggies/snacks.
