Experience a simplified component tasting (acid, sugar, tannin),
followed by a sensory exploration of 40 to 50 enhanced wine descriptors
(such strawberry, butter, and olives) in a wine solution. These
exercises enhance sensory memory and cognitive response to what you
smell and taste in wine. This course will then give you the opportunity
to test your new found knowledge by tasting six world class J. Lohr
wines. This is a great class for the beginning wine taster, as well as
anyone who wants to build additional descriptor identification skills.
