Blanc are fare for tasting during Cork’s “Classics of America’s Winelands $10 A Time to Taste Wine Tasting Friday,
June 26th from 6-7:30PM.
Celebrate the fruits of the domestic wine world in this sampling of
seven wines sourced from the nation’s most prolific wine regions. Providing a varied sampling of
America’s diverse terroir, varietal composition and micro-climates, the line-up
includes: California Chardonnay, Fume Blanc, and Cabernet Sauvignon; Oregon Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, Washington State Red Bordeaux, and New
York Finger Lakes’ Dry Riesling.
To complete this Americana celebration, Chef Trefry prepares a variety
of regional American cheeses to pair with each selection. Attendees enjoy a ten percent discount
