 Wildfire Celebrates the Best of Virginia with a Harvest Wine Dinner

 

              -- Guest Speakers James Roth, proprietor of Red White & Bleu and Renee Catacalos, Editor/Publisher of Edible Chesapeake offer a culinary guide to eating and drinking locally--

 

Tysons Galleria, June, 2009… Join us at Wildfire (wildfirerestaurant.com) for an extraordinary harvest dinner featuring outstanding Virginia wines paired with an original menu of locally grown foods created by Wildfire Executive Chef Steven Lukis. James Roth, proprietor of Red, White & Bleu, will discuss the wines and Renee Catacalos, editor/publisher of Edible Chesapeake, will talk about the local farmers, producers and growers that are changing the face of food in Virginia.

 

The evening will be held on Tuesday, July 21, 2009, at Tysons Galleria, McLean, VA. The four-course dinner will begin with a reception at 6:30 p.m. followed by dinner at 7:00 p.m. Seats are $65 per person, including wine, tax and gratuity.
