Bedell Cellars Hosts Book Signing for The Vineyard Cookbook

Bedell Cellars will host a book signing for the recently released, The Vineyard Cookbook, on Saturday, July 11th from 12 – 3 p.m. Author Barbara Scott-Goodman will be signing copies of the cookbook as well as providing tastings of one of the dishes in the book paired with a Bedell Cellars wine. The Vineyard Cookbook: Seasonal Recipes & Wine Pairings Inspired by America’s Vineyards, features more than 60 easy-to-prepare recipes, suggested American wines in different price ranges paired with the recipes, 32 vignettes on distinctive wineries across the country with highlights on their most popular wines, 10 simple profiles on different types of wines and general guidelines for pairing, and more than 100 color photographs. Nine of Bedell Cellars and Corey Creek Vineyards wines are featured in the cookbook paired with selective recipes. “The Vineyard Cookbook has mastered the art of food. The recipes highlight that extraordinary relationship between food and wine. This cookbook is beautifully illustrated and carefully crafted.
