Bordeaux is a large and diversewine region producing everything from world-renowned botrytized dessert winesto world class cellar-worthy reds, delicate rosés, dry whites and exuberant crémants.Each of Bordeaux’s 57 AOCs delivers a unique set of wines with distinctivecharacteristics that set it apart from its neighbors. This foundation class is part of the official French Wine Academy curriculum. It was created by the French Wine Society and is endorsed by "Wines of France" and the National French Wine Office.
