| Carabella Wines are produced in the Willamette Valley, at the base of the Chehalem Mountains in southern Oregon. Mike Hallock has been the winemaker for the past twelve years and produces superb Pinot Noirs,Chardonnays and Pinot Gris from five different clonal blocks of grapes.The wines are fermented separately then blended together to bring out the the rich,complex flavors that are the hallmark of wines produced in this area. These wines are limited and will only be here for a short time.Be sure to stop in and treat yourself to some excellent wines from this acclaimed winery. |
