Course 1

Duck prosciutto served with grilled peaches and rosemary oil paired with the

Sauvignon Blanc

Course 2

Grilled Hawaiian blue marlin served with melon salsa paired with the Chardonnay

Course 3

Lamb and ricotta cheese agnolotti served with a summer ratatouille paired with the Pinot Noir

Course 4

Long Farm pork confit served with grilled figs and polenta fries paired with the Merlot

Course 5

White chocolate semifredo, raspberry coulis, and a Mexican chocolate truffle paired with the Cabernet Sauvignon
