The Slice, Dice and Spice NY farm market chef challenge has one of our chefs paired with an amateur “Foodie”. The assignment is to prepare the Ultimate Finger Lakes Burger using the fresh and local ingredients available at that day’s farm market. 

The pro-am team will be given a "Market Basket" including ingredients such as bread, beef, cheese, and spices that cannot be found at the Farmers Market. Foodies and Chefs will be given a budget and a time limit for shopping, preparing, and plating a Finger Lakes inspired meal.  Watch and learn how easy it is to build a meal using product that has traveled less than 50 miles!

The amateur Foodie will be selected through a random drawing on August 1st. Each Farmers Market (Victor, Canandaigua, and Geneva) will have register-to-win boxes up throughout July. Enter and show off your burger making skills!
