Join Loews Portofino Bay Hotel for an Independence Day-inspired food and wine celebration, featuring Portobello and onion beef sliders, bourbon glazed St. Louis-style pork ribs, pan-roasted salmon with cheddar macaroni, chicken and shiitake flatbread, strawberry shortcake and watermelon basil sorbetto, plus great wines, mojitos, beer and live music by the Robert Harris Group.
