The Edward Johnson Music Foundation presents “Fever – Red and White and Hot All Over” - A Food and Wine Extravaganza on Saturday, January 30, 2010 – 6:00 p.m. at  the majestic River Run Centre, Guelph, Ontario Canada. Guests will taste fine regional and international wines and beers that will be matched with an abundance of gourmet bites provided by Guelph’s top chefs and caterers.   A hot, hot, hot Salsa Band will play music from jazz to blues to salsa.

Silent and live auctions will feature a Caribbean getaway, fine wines and one-of-a-kind fine art and craft!  Throughout the evening, small groups can sample a selection of wines in an intimate “Tasting Room”.  These fun and informative tasting sessions will be presented by the highly accomplished sommelier, Jacqueline Brisley CSW.
