If you are in the mood for a different kind of Texas two-step, then head out to Fall Creek Vineyards “Burgers ‘n Blues” Independence Day Celebration, Saturday, July 4th, 11:00am – 5:00pm, for a chance to enjoy a pairing of some fine Texas wine, hearty Texas burgers and live Hill Country blues. The event is free, but grilled plate lunches are available with advance reservation at $1 for adults and $14 for children by calling 325/379-5361.  The adult menu includes scrumptious food from Hat Creek Burger Company in Austin, with your choice of a double or single sizzling Angus beef burger with all of the fixins', chips, fresh fruit,  and a cookie (souvenir wine glass and tasting included).  The children’s menu includes a burger made to their liking, fresh fruit and a cookie.

In addition to scrumptious food, guests will also enjoy wine tastings, and the sounds of John Van Vleck’s live Hill Country blues music, amid the majestic vineyard views. For information, please visit www.fcv.com.
