Away from the big brands that dominate the market, Australia is home to a whole world of wine that has immense individuality & style. I will be looking to unearth & show Austrailan wines that have a true sense of place. Expect to taste a range of wines that challenge the old-world order. Modern, expressive wines that respect cutting-edge wine-making practices.

 

 

 

 A minimum of eight wines for tasting will be served & a delicious seasonal main-course supper dish.
