| Every year, William Miller from Harry’s Wine & Liquor Market and I co-host an evening on the patio in Fairfield. This year, we are featuring wines selected from the Latin nations of Spain, Chile, Uruguay and Argentina, each paired with four courses of BBQ style food, including a roasted suckling pig. Jorge Perez will be making a guest appearance, a native Chilean and the man responsible for single-handedly choosing all the South American wines in the T. Edwards Imports wine portfolio. |
