Cool the heat of the Texas Summer with some fantastic wines that are guaranteed to cool you off! Join "Miss Jane" Nickles, wine educator at the Texas Culinary Academy, in a lesson and wine tasting using some of the best wines of the world for hot days and warm nights. We'll try light and lemony Rias Baixas from Spain, "sunlight in a glass" Chenin Blanc from France, and crisp, cooling, California Sauvinon Blanc.
