It is a place where all elements add up to a culinary and wine-oriented journey. The Inn also features Northeast Georgia's only Wine Spectator Award of Excellence restaurant. The restaurant offers Saturday Prixe Fixe dining by advance reservation featuring fresh California and Mediterranean-style meals using the best of local, organic and sustainable products from Georgia farms, vineyards and orchards.

July 11 –Fresh & Healthy Mediterranean Dinner with Fine Wines

The Mediterranean diet is indeed healthy, and even some governments recommend it. The Mediterranean peoples have always known to enjoy life, and enjoying the Mediterranean food is a very important aspect of the Mediterranean way of life.  There is no such thing as a uniform Mediterranean diet, but its cuisines interconnect with eating what is fresh and local – eating with the seasons. The fundamentals include olive oil, crusty breads, legumes, fresh vegetables and fruits, rice, pasta, seafood, nuts and much more. With this dinner we have borrowed some recipes from Chef john Ash using fresh and local ingredients from North Georgia Gardens, farms and orchards.  This dinner is $65.00 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
