Tuesday Local Bounty Luncheon Club

Join Ann Marie Borghese of Castello di Borghese Vineyard and Karen Lee of Sang Lee Farms for cooking demonstrations, wine pairing suggestions, lunch and wine tasting. Ann Marie and Karen will meet you at the Sang Lee Farms farm stand kitchen and together they will create The Tuesday Local Bounty Luncheon Club.
The day starts with a demonstration by Karen on how to use the freshest ingredients from her farm. She will show you how to create fabulous recipes that Ann Marie will pair with the perfect wine from her vineyard.
Sample the recipes, taste the wines, learn where to buy the ingredients and how to impress your family and friends with a great locally sourced meal. Cost $40 per person includes class, luncheon and wine tasting. For Reservations call 631-734-7001. Class starts at 11:30 am.
Continue your culinary adventure on a Borghese Vineyard Winemaker's Walk immediately following the Tuesday class at 1pm at Castello di Borghese Vineyard. Cost $15.00 For reservations call 631-734-5111.
