All wine and no beer makes Jack a dull boy. It's a fact of life, that you have to drink other things, and so long as the ale is as good as wine — like the unforgettable un-earthly we'll try in class — then I'm fine with it. This class will taste a range of summery craft brewes the very light through the very amber in order to learn a framework for understanding what you like and how to talk about it.
