The southern hemisphere has been absolutely exploding with wine since the last century, and it shows no signs of slowing down. Chile & Argentina have re-written the rules of wine in their own ways, and our planetary wine life will never be the same. For two hours, this class will taste only American wines from south of the equator. You'll meet new grapes like Bonarda, Malbec, Carmenere, and Torrontes. Who knows?
