Though preparing sushi may seem like a daunting task, in this hands on workshop, Chef David Plankenhorn will teach you step-by-step intstructions that will have you making sushi for all your friends in no time. After a brief introduction to Japanese culture and the history of sushi, you will learn how to make maki, uramaki, temaki, & nigiri using ingredients such as shrimp, crab, tuna, and tofu.
