Champions Steakhouse Wednesday July 8th, 7:00 p.m. Please join us as we welcome Scotti Stark of Fisher Vineyards located on Spring Mountain in Sonoma County for an elegant evening of food and wine.

1st Course Chilled Shrimp and Scallop poached in citrus brine and drizzled with caramel orange glaze 2006 Fisher Mountain Estate Chardonnay, Sonoma County
2nd Course Roasted espresso coated lamb chop with braised shiitake mushroom and blackberry plum reduction 2005 Fisher ‘Coach Insignia’ Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
3rd Course Smoked Filet Mignon wrapped in Maple Bacon served with roasted red bell pepper polenta and a splash of peppercorn reduction 2006 Fisher ‘Hidden Terrace Vineyard’ Syrah, Sonoma County
4th Course Cocoa dusted Duck breast served with hazelnut risotto rice cake and black cherry Merlot demi-glaze 2005 Fisher Mountain Estate Cabernet, Sonoma County
5th Course Wensleydale cheese with cranberries served with a chocolate truffle
