New Class!
When a large meal is too much but snacking is just not enough, small plates are what you need. In this class, we will explore the world of tapas and petite desserts. Students will learn the techniques needed to make and serve dishes designed for smaller courses. As always, students will enjoy the meal they prepare with a great glass of wine.
