What does Dad love more: cooking the steak or eating it? This June at Fleming’s, Dad can do both. Fleming’s is offering two Grilling Seminars that will show dad (or anyone looking to become the King or Queen of the Grill) the ins and outs of cooking the perfect steak.

Fleming’s chefs will show guests its most popular cuts of steak and discuss the differences, then everyone will head to the grill for some on-hand dos and don’ts to cooking. After the sessions guests will get to sample three cuts side by side – the filet, New York strip, and ribeye – so they can taste the difference themselves while Fleming’s wine managers offer suggestions on wine pairings.

The 90-minute sessions are only $10 and are a perfect gift for dad. The first on Saturday, June 13 is the weekend before Father’s Day, the second on Saturday, June 27, is the weekend after. Both sessions will cover the same material.

The Grilling Seminars will be held at Fleming’s in Scottsdale (6333 N. Scottsdale Rd. / 480-596-8265); Fleming’s Peoria (9712 W. Northern Ave. / 623-772-9463); and Fleming’s Chandler (905 N. 54th St. / 480-940-1900) from 1 – 2:30 pm. Reservations are required.
