The French Wine Society program that I'm a licensed instructor of will be the materials used for this wine class on Bordeaux. The wines of Bordeaux have long set the standards for Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and blended wines. The American wines called Meritage are modeled after the Bordeaux wine blends. Bordeaux wines have always been highly sought after by collectors for their age worthiness. A big factor in Bordeaux is vineyard site location and terroir. Join us as we explore this fascinating region and it's tremendous wines.
