Kevin will discuss and taste through Cabernet Sauvignon and Cabernet Franc wines from around the world. In this session we will explore the history and classifications of Bordeaux, the changing style of Napa, the best producers of Chile, and the Hudson Valley’s future with Cabernet Franc. We will taste wines from the following regions: Medoc, Napa, Maipo, and the Hudson Valley. Join us from 5:00 - 5:30 for a short reception featuring Millbrook wines and local cheese.
