EVENT DETAILS:
| Wine Education: Come learn about fermentation and the winemaking process. We will discuss some of the decisions that go into winemaking and demonstrate some of the procedures that are used. Seminar includes lunch with the winemaker, a cool glass of your favorite rosé, an educational DVD, recipes to pair with Callaway rosés and a certificate of completion. |
