Unibroue & Swine

Brewed in Canada, Unibroue beers are crafted by Belgian brew master Gino Vantieghem. In-bottle fermentation, similar to the Champagne process, allows these beers to taste delicious at room temperature and a few can even be aged for a decade. A range of these brews from the ethereal, apple-scented Ephemere to the over the top richness of La Terrible will complement the food theme for the evening - swine - from traditional pulled pork and ribs to some of Chef’s other favorite pork dishes.

The fall is one of the most dynamic seasons for the beer brewing industry. New seasonal flavors are released from crisp Oktoberfest beers from Germany to rich, pumpkin spiced ales.  Celebrate the start of cooler weather with a BBQ featuring wild game complemented with a range of fall brews to choose from including Gingerbread Ale, Smuttynose Pumpkin Ale, Sprecher Oktoberfest and Lagunitas Cappuccino Stout.
