Latin American cooking is often generalized as one homogeneous type of cuisine, when in actuality the area holds an array of diverse dishes that vary wildly from nation to nation. We begin this hands-on series by exploring the unique culture and cuisine of several South American countries to discover the similarities between them, and how each sets itself apart.

Wine OR Wine & Food
Peruvian cuisine is some of the world’s most diverse. Heavily influenced by Spanish, Basque, African, Italian, French and British immigration, the food of Peru combines a myriad of flavors. In this 3-hour, hands-on class we’ll prepare a classic Peruvian Ceviche, Meat and Corn Pie, Yucca and Coconut Soup, and a decadent Chocolate and Dulce de Leche Tart.
Finally, you’ll get to sit down and enjoy the fabulous meal you’ve created while our own resident wine and spirits expert will lead you on a guided wine pairing and introduce you to Pisco, the spirit of Peru!
Viva la Vida!
