Have you tried the medieval beverage Mead? Piscassic Pond Winery, an award winning Mead/Honey Wine maker, will have Jellies made from a Traditional Honey Wine (Mead) as well as the a couple of the Seasonal Varieties available to try. The jelly isn't for sale, but the Wine is!
