Wine OR Wine & Food
This is the school's signature wine and food pairing competition. Wine makers, writers, sommeliers, and sundry other wine professionals are invited to compete in a food and wine pairing duel with one of The Wine School's top instructors. Contestants choose the wines on a limited budget and audience members judge each pairing. At evening's end, scores are tallied, and a winner is announced.
