Celebrate the simple joy of eating food picked at its prime. We head back to our Certified Naturally Grown fields on our farm to create a seasonal menu that will be the basis for the wine dinner that follows. We will have fresh produce on hand and will offer meat, fish and vegetarian options. With this menu, you will delight in the flavors of Summer. You will learn how to cook the produce into pleasing dishes for guests in your home.
