This is the first in a series of classes that will focus specifically on one of the great wine regions of the world. In Bordeaux the “terroir” dictates the structure of the blend, not winemaker preference or whimsy! Find out how climate, soil, and the traditional grape varieties interact to impact classifications and vineyard rankings.
