A fun relaxed wine tasting course called 'Drinking with Styles Series' for intermediate level wine lovers, presented by Rose Murray Brown, Master of Wine.   We offer the ONLY wine courses in Scotland hosted by a fully qualified Master of Wine.

This is a four evening wine tasting course - over four Tuesdays (£135 or £35 per session).

Learn about the world's classic grapes and wine styles in a lively interactive atmosphere. This course focuses on regions and what makes them unique. Each week taste at least ten fine wines (priced frm £5 to £80 per bottle) presented by Rose. Try classic Burgundy, cru Classe Bordeaux, top Rioja, leading Chianti Classico, award winning New World wines and Prestige Cuvee Champagne - with a chance to win a bottle each night.

Powerpoint visuals illustrate the world's vineyards. Course file, course notes, tasting notes, tasting mats, pencils, biscuits, aroma wheel and completion certificate signed by Rose Murray Brown are included. Tasting glasses and spittoons supplied.

Session 1 (Tuesday 3 Nov 7.30pm-9.30pm): Fine French Classics

Session 2 (Tuesday 10 Nov 7.30pm-9.30pm): Best of Spain and Italy

Session 3 (Tuesday 17 Nov 7.30pm-9.30pm): Best of the New World

Session 4 (Tuesday 24 Nov 7.30pm-9.30pm): Champagne

There will be at least 10 fine wines to taste at each session, with IJ Mellis cheeses served.

Bookable as a four part series (£135) or as individual sessions (£35).

This is the only intermediate wine course in Scotland hosted by a qualified Master of Wine (there are only 280MW's in the world!).
