To talk about Spanish wine is to talk about Spain's core, and the country is enjoying a qualitative revolution in cuisine, wine, and the arts. Spain is a world class wine producer, and the Spanish wine industry has exploded worldwide over the last 20 years. Old vineyards have been revived, other vineyards have been re-planted to more exciting grape varieties, and young winemakers have embraced the newest technologies and techniques while still respecting their winemaking traditions.
