Mastering the Wine List is a one-day introductory workshop designed to increase your confidence with wine selection and inspire you to learn more.
Through the tasting of 18 wines, you will be taken on a tour of the world’s top grape varieties and classic wine styles, discovering not only what wines you like but also why you like them. You’ll learn how to serve wine at its best and find out how to select wines to perfectly partner your food.
