EVENT DETAILS:

First, we will understand the differences between wines made with or without oak contact and the different types of oak. Didn’t even know they use oak? This a great way to learn how to “taste” for it. You will then try 2 new wines made from the same grape, but one will have no oak contact while the other will. Extra credit for identifying the type of oak… think you can’t do it? You may surprise yourself!
