First, we will understand the stylistic differences between wines made in cool or warm climates. Yes – you can forecast the weather from a sip of wine! Then you will try 2 new wines, one of which will be from a cool climate while the other one will come from a warm climate, giving you an opportunity to play “weatherman/woman” for the evening.
