First, we will understand the differences between four white grape varietals by tasting a Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling and Viognier. Then you will try 2 new wines and try to identify the grape, giving you an opportunity to use your new knowledge to identify them. You will be surprised how easy it can be!
