| All the way back to at least the Middle Ages, the populations of Bordeaux and Burgundy have engaged in a (mostly) good-natured debate. Which region is better? Kings and Queens and Cardinals and Bishops have offered their opinions, and now it is your turn! Do you prefer a classic Claret, or a haunting red Burgundy? Are you a devotee of sweet Sauternes, or a lover of the stunning whites from Meursault? We will taste examples of both regions and talk in depth about their past and present, and then put it to a vote; you decide the winner! |
