| No celebration of France’s Independence Day would be complete without an exploration of the amazing world of French wine, and no wine lover’s education is complete without a true understanding of all that France has to offer. We will journey to Champagne, Alsace, Burgundy, the Rhone, Bordeaux and the Loire as well as of the beaten path to lesser known regions making fantastic wines. We will discuss the French Paradox as well as ways to make wine a bigger part of your daily life, as the French famously do. |
