1st Course Lobster Thermador with a rich orange beurre blanc 2006 Fisher Mountain Estate Chardonnay, Sonoma County
2nd Course Veal filet with lavender Gastrique 2005 Fisher ‘Coach Insignia’ Cabernet Sauvignon, Napa Valley
