Meet Winemaker Eric Stine of Langtry Estates, Lake County's largest producer of fine wines, on July 3 and enjoy a 3-4 course meal ($35) paired with a flight of their wines ($15). The Blue Wing plays host to the owner and/or winemaker of a different Lake County winery on the first Friday of each month. Free tasting is available to all patrons as they enter the restaurant. Our regular menu is available, but our specials for that day are carefully paired with the featured wines. Our beautiful Tallman Hotel next door (www.TallmanHotel.com) offers special packages for visitors from outside Lake County.
