In case you missed our last blending party, make your plans now to attend this event. It promises to be even better than the year before!

What is this blending event you may ask?

Donati Family Vineyard Paesanos gather together to create the next Wine Club Only wine.

We will have a small wine reception from 430-5, and at 5pm, we will start the Bordeaux Lesson! First you will learn about the varieties: Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot on their own, and then how they work together in a blend.

Next, we will start blending as a group, following the lead of our winemaking team.

After we have constructed the final blend, we will enjoy dinner in the cellar, while drinking our blend.

True to winemaker's jobs, you will also be responsible for selecting the label and bottle for your wine.

Futures of the wine you create will be for sale that night.
