You will learn the exact process we use in blending our fabulous wine, the exact steps involved in creating the final bottle of wine, winemaking secrets from a 28 year veteran winemaker, how to describe wine, and what makes the Fairplay appellation unique. You will also have a chance to ask our winemaker questions related to grape growing, winemaking and blending. Cost includes an appetizer tray and a complimentary bottle of wine. |
