What a way to ring in 2009...a European Escape away from the Strip!  Join us for the celebration and as you feast on Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie's (previously Chef de Cuisine with Emeril Lagasse restaurants) creations and champagne bubbles!

- Seared Scallops on an Apple & Pancetta Risotto with Whole Grain Mustard Cream
