NEW YEAR’S EVE 5 COURSE CHAMPAGNE DINNER!
What a way to ring in 2009...a European Escape away from the Strip!  Join us for the celebration and as you feast on Executive Chef Jean Paul Labadie's (previously Chef de Cuisine with Emeril Lagasse restaurants) creations and champagne bubbles!

FIRST COURSE
- Horseradish Potato, House Cured Salmon, Caviar and Shallots

SECOND COURSE
- Seared Foie Gras, Sweet Breads, Brussel Sprouts, Salsafy, Chestnut Puree &   Onion Marmalade
                                                      or
- Crabmeat, Roasted Portobella Mushrooms & Truffle Salad with Toasted Fresh Herb Foccacia

THIRD COURSE
- Seared Scallops on an Apple & Pancetta Risotto with Whole Grain Mustard Cream
