Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe Resort’s popular Winemaker Dinner Series at the award-winning Lone Eagle Grille continues this December with an evening featuring highly acclaimed wines from Mendocino County’s Magnanimus Wine Group paired with Lone Eagle Grille Chef de Cuisine Mark May’s exceptional High Sierra Cuisine.

A convivial and interactive evening, guests will interact with Magnanimus Wine Group’s Josh Metz and sample certified biodynamic and sustainably organic wines while enjoying a fabulous organically-themed menu against the unbelievable backdrop provided by Lone Eagle Grille’s matchless panoramic views of Lake Tahoe.

The inspired four-course menu will feature Wild Gulf Shrimp With A Saffron Fennel Broth paired with 2005 Talmage Chardonnay; Apple And Rabbit Sausage with Mache, Wild Boar Bacon and Whole Grain Mustard Sauce paired with 2004 Mendocino Farms Redvine Series; Braised Lamb Shanks With Fresh Pasta, Fall Vegetables And Black Truffles paired with 2005 Mendocino Farms Syrah; and Chocolate Decadence With Warm Spiced Fall Fruits paired with 2005 Old River Road Cabernet.
