Don't have time for a 4-week wine class? Attend just this 5-course dinner with 12 wines. Noted Wine Educator, G.M. "Pooch" Pucilowski, starts the evening off with a champagne sabering demonstration (with a Japanese bayonet)! He then takes you through the experience of sucking on a lemon, then tasting a red and white wine! How much do you think this will change your appreciation of wine? He also repeats this with salt and sugar. Finally, throw out all that crap you have heard about serving red wine with meats and white wines with fish and chicken. Holy Macaroni Batman! Yes indeed, two wines are served with each course (most of the time it's a red and white) and you determine what wine works with each course. Such blasphemy! Come learn why . . . .
